The Filling Station BBQ Restaurant is a uniquely nostalgic family-oriented and owned business located in historic downtown Lee's Summit Missouri. The building itself opened as a Texaco gas station in the 1930's . In 1999 the gas station was renovated into a BBQ restaurant which included an onsite Southern Pride Smoker.

All meats are smoked fresh daily on site. Sides are homemade. Delivery and Catering services are also available.

Great local food for a good price. Local gem with excellent friendly service. Had the pulled pork special and burnt ends, which were both excellent! Homemade sauces were tasty also!

Ribs! Ribs! Ribs! Seriously. Loved these ribs. My buddy with me is a Kansas City guy and loved the ribs too. Said he hadn't had ribs that good in a long time. Environment is awesome. Very unique being in an old gas station. Thanks Filling Station for exceeding expectations.
